Dear friends!
I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of the Ukrainian Association of the Deaf establishment anniversary!
It is hard to overestimate the activity of your organization, involved in such an important matter as establishment of accessible environment for handicapped people; for them to express their views and protect their rights; as well as their rehabilitation and integration into the society.
For already eighty years, the Association actively assists citizens hard of hearing in receiving education and professional training; employment; qualitative medical treatment and social security; accessibility of social and transport infrastructure, as well as cultural institutions.
I am convinced that your active living position will further affect social consciousness attracting attention to the problem of disabled. You give an example of mercy to handicapped people and promote preservation of universal values in the country.
